The deal, in plain words
These terms apply when you buy a plan from Blessed Pirate. By paying your first invoice, you agree to them. Last updated 7 October 2026.
1. Who you're dealing with
Blessed Pirate is run by Annika Helendi through Astronaut Veebiturundus OÜ, registered in Estonia (registry code 12141935). Contact: support@blessedpirate.com.
2. What you get
- Researched LinkedIn posts for your target group, each with a custom image, in the plan you choose (8 or 12 posts a month).
- Any add-ons you choose: extra channels with the same posts adapted and resized, and blog posts.
- A brand file I build from your LinkedIn profile or website, which I update after your feedback.
Posts arrive by email on a schedule, ready to copy. I don't post on your behalf, and the service doesn't cover strategy, ads, community management or replying to comments.
3. Applying and starting
You apply through the form on this website. I review every application and may decline one without giving a detailed reason. If I accept, I send samples and a payment link. Your plan starts when your first payment goes through. Your first batch arrives within 7 working days after that, once you've confirmed your brand file.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices on the website are in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. If you have plans for yourself and your company, both go on one invoice.
- After your first 3 months, you can switch to an annual plan: 12 months for the price of 10, paid upfront.
- If a payment fails, I pause deliveries until it's sorted.
- I may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Annual plans keep their price until renewal.
5. Changing or cancelling
- You can change your plan or add-ons from your next billing month.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time by email before your next billing date. There's no notice period. The month you've already paid for is delivered in full and isn't refunded.
- Annual plans run for 12 months and aren't refunded if you stop early.
- I can end the service with 30 days' notice. If I do, you get a refund for any prepaid months that weren't delivered.
6. Feedback and rewrites
If a post misses, reply with what's off. I rewrite that post once and add your feedback to your brand file, so the next batch improves. Feedback is written, by email. There are no calls.
7. Your part
- Give me correct information in your application, and tell me about anything I must not say.
- Read every post before you publish it. You decide what goes out under your name, and you're responsible for what you publish.
- I source statistics from credible, recent publications and link the source. Check that a number fits your situation before you use it.
8. Ownership
Once you've paid for a batch, the posts, blogs and images in it are yours to use, edit and publish as your own. I keep the right to use my own templates, methods and know-how for other clients. I never reuse your content or brand file for anyone else.
9. Confidentiality and AI
This is a ghostwriting service. I don't reveal that you're a client or show your work without your written permission. I use AI tools to draft content, and I edit, check and shape every piece myself. How I handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Liability
I do this work with care, but I can't guarantee specific results such as reach, followers or leads. My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If we can't sort out a disagreement by email, it goes to Harju County Court in Estonia. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. Clients get an email at least 30 days before a change that affects them, and can cancel before it applies.
